Acupuncture (50 min.)
Massage and bodywork (15-80 minute massage/joint mobilization)
Reflexology (50 min.)

Event/Race Services include:
Personalized acupuncture session (25 min.)
Sana Vida signature massage (25 min.)
Chair massage (15 min.)
Foot reflexology (25 min.)

Wellness Classes and Workshops

Sana Vida also offers a wide range of wellness classes and workshops and will work with groups to customize a program on topics ranging from yoga to stress management and nutrition. Group rates and discounts are available
