Vol H. Montgomery | Ranch Owner | vol@rprtexas.com

No stranger to entrepreneurial ventures, Vol Montgomery has had a vision for owning a ranch to share with friends and family for many years. After graduating with honors from Texas A&M, he founded SabreData, Inc. in 1988 and grew the company to over $30 million 10%+EBITA. Vol was named Entrepreneur of the Year Austin 1994 and was selected for the prestigious Inc. 500 1994 list celebrating the fastest growing privately held companies in America. In 1999, he sold SabreData, Inc. to publicly held Kent Electronics, where he grew sales from 400 million to over one billion in eight quarters (1999-2001) through internal growth while increasing net profit. After completing his two-year work agreement with Kent, Vol retired from the tech industry in 2001. Since then, he has focused on the many other things he loves, including his family and the development of a first-class ranch facility for outdoor adventure, Reveille Peak Ranch.

Andrea Montgomery Roach | Nature Education & Client Services | andrea@rprtexas.com

Andrea Montgomery’s natural love of science and the outdoors was nurtured by growing up hunting, fishing and connecting with nature at a young age. She leads Reveille Peak Ranch’s nature and K-12 curriculum development geared to help children and adults reconnect with nature. The ranch provides unique geology, native plants and animals, rugged terrain and wetlands for its outdoor classroom. Andrea earned her B.S. in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M and completed course work on Secondary Science Education. For 13 years, she served as a technologist, assistant director and eventually director of diagnostic imaging of Brazos Valley Medical Center, where she managed 30 employees, performed quality assurance, quality control, radiation safety and patient and physician satisfaction programs. After owning and operating a computer and network business, Andrea was able to refocus her attention on teaching science to elementary students and helping kids connect with nature.
