In for the long haul? The El Sendero Endurance Trail Race, presented by Rogue Running, is now part of a weekend-long festival featuring many endurance challenges, from mountain biking to trail racing. All races feature challenging terrain and more than a few spectacular views as they wind through Reveille Peak Ranch.
If 60k sounds too far, 40k and 20k distances are also offered. The weekend will also feature a 6-hour mountain bike race as well as a duathlon. There is even a kids’ event (see below), which offers guided instruction in hiking, mountain biking, rappelling and hiking.
