December 1 – El Sendero Endurance Trail Race

In for the long haul? The El Sendero Endurance Trail Race is happening at Reveille Peak Ranch on Saturday, December 1, and will feature up to 60k of rugged, challenging terrain and more than a few spectacular views.

If 60k sounds too far, 30K and 10K distances are also offered. If those sound too far, this isn’t the race for you. Go long or go home – which path will you choose?

60K: 7:00am
30K: 7:30am
10K: 8:00am

PACKET PICKUP
Friday, November 30, from 10am – 7pm
*Race day packet pickup will be available starting at 6am until race start.  All runners need to pick up there timing chip on race morning.

COURSE & AID STATIONS
All three races will take place on a challenging, scenic 10K loop. Aid stations will be provided roughly every 3.1 miles and offer a full spread of snacks and fluids to keep you going – fruit, pretzels, trail mix, pb&j, electrolyte drinks, water, etc.  Hand held bottles are a must for all runners.

CUTOFFS
Will be announced...soon but 20 minutes pace will need to be maintained.

AWARDS
Overall awards will be given to the top male & female, top male & female master, top male & female grand-master and age group awards will be given in ten-year categories.

CAMPING
Pre-race camping at Reveille Peak Ranch is available. While not required, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of it! Camping is not only a great pre-race camaraderie-builder, but also allows a few crucial extra minutes of sleep and prevents race-day transportation concerns. Facilities include a huge pavilion for dinner and clean restrooms/showers.

RACE DAY MEALS
Runners will be provided food after their race. After the 10k, we will provide breakfast type food: oatmeal with toppings, breakfast tacos, coffee and juice.  After the other two races, 30k and 60k, we will provide lunch fare, hamburgers, etc.
